🎮 How to play

Two ways to answer, your choice on the start screen: ⌨️ Type it highlights a state in orange and you type its name; 👆 Point to it shows the name in text and you click the state on the map. Get it right and you'll also see its region, so the patterns start to stick: New England states cluster in the Northeast, the 13 Colonies hug the Atlantic coast, and so on. The order is reshuffled every single trip — nobody gets the same sequence twice.

Choose your set on the start screen: All 50 States for the full map, Original 13 Colonies if that's what your class is studying, or one of four regions (Northeast, Midwest, South, West) to drill a smaller area. Three paces fit everyone: 🌤️ Gentle (no clock, unlimited tries), 🚗 Normal (20 seconds and one retry with a hint), and ✈️ Speedy (10 seconds, one shot). You'll need a real keyboard for Type mode; Point mode works with a mouse, trackpad, or touchscreen.

Matches what you're teaching. Studying the 13 colonies? Set students to that practice set so the drill lines up with the unit, not just "all 50 at random."
Class leaderboard. Students earn a Score Code on every finished trip (or submit automatically if live scores are set up). The Hall of Fame ranks by score, pace, or accuracy, with a best-run-per-player toggle.
Shows what to re-teach. Every finish screen lists the states a student missed — worth a glance before you plan the next warm-up.
